Manufacturing Unit 1 (55ft x 100ft x 30ft) and Unit 2 (30ft x 130ft x 12ft).
The Maruthi Coir Industries contract required the design and manufacture of two separate processing plants. Unit 1 features a high vertical clearance of 30 feet and a clear span of 55 feet to accommodate heavy fiber processing machinery. Unit 2 was designed as a lower 12-foot sorting and dispatch facility extending 130 feet in length.
Venture Fabrications delivered fully prefabricated, bolted column structures, tapered roof girders, and steel wall systems. Both units were erected systematically, integrating weatherproofing flashings and high-durability epoxy primers to protect the steel members from processing dust and humidity.
